There is this domain in namecheap for $3k+ and namesilo shows $2895. Wanted to know is there any way to get those domains for $10 .com prices?

The domain is just perfect. Just perfect!

There is a house out there for $150,000.
Wanted to know is there any way to get this house for $1000?

Buy the company that owns the domain and reduce it down to $10.

Premium domains are either reseller prices, which they control and you can get a better price if you contact them, or the price is set by the registry.
If the price is set by the registry the coupon won't make a difference, but some registrars sell them for cheaper than others.

Yes. For example GoDaddy, for some premium domains they make like 80% discount for the first year. Domain costs $400/year, but they offer $80/first year. Very nice.

I've noticed though, that Godaddy is always more expensive. A premium domain I want costs $130 on Namecheap + free Whois, but ~$180 or more, without privacy on GoDaddy, so really have to shop a bit.
