I made the transition from their old panel (v4) to the new panel (v5) and now I can't access my account anymore.. not only that but they require of me a lot of official ids to let me log back in.
Why?
somehow, along with the transition, the system attached the IP address I used when I made the transition request. That IP now restricts my access to my account and since -due to my ISP's dynamic address- I will never again own that IP.. the only way out is to send them official documents with my current photo etc.
Funny thing is that, all the chats/email correspondence, email/password requests/resets use the email I contact them with but they still won't allow me access.
So,
any of you that make use of that registrar be very careful when you make the transition or else you'll be in a tight spot like I am now.
