In case you missed it, we reported on Ubiquiti's acquisition of the UI.com domain name this week. The sale looks to have taken place at the backend of 2018 and Ubiquiti transitioned to UI.com in early 2019. After reading several comments on various websites from Ubiquiti clients, it looks as though there was some confusion regarding the switch to UI.com.
This discussion at Ubiquiti's own forum gives a good example of the confusion that surrounded the move. There doesn't seem to have been any official release from Ubiquiti regarding the change of domain name.

Here, domain investors are giving their opinions on this UDRP, with some calling for an "RDNH" (Reverse Domain Name Hijacking) ruling to be given in this case. Intellectual property attorney John Berryhill (@jberryhill) said that this case should be "a fairly simple one to defend".

HugeDomains Sniping GoDaddy Closeouts
HugeDomains is a subsidiary of TurnCommerce, a company that also runs the NameBright registrar and DropCatch.com, the popular drop catching service. DomainIQ estimates that HugeDomains is associated with over four million domain names, and it seems they are adding to this number at a staggering rate.
A domain investor has noticed that HugeDomains has been using automated tools to acquire domains with last second bids in GoDaddy auctions. The practice reportedly hasn't been stopped by GoDaddy, and investors are airing their frustrations at this.
