Maybe looking to sell one of the last domains owned by me. Didn’t want to sell as it was great for a venture fund or something similar. But maybe will sell.

How do you think, what’s value of this name? It’s registered at ENOM.

The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.
The .biz extension has obviously lost a lot of attraction and value the last decade. However, it’s a great two-letter name and the term “Upbiz” is taken in several extensions.

Similar sales, the last two years:

Go.biz - $8000
Qq.biz - $5000
Xn.biz - $1004
Van.biz - $105
Door.biz - $205
Ski.biz - $688
Hc.biz - $5000
Porn.biz - $5205

I think $xxxx is realistic.

Have you got any offers since you have owned this ?
We have seen LL.biz selling for less than mid $$$ since they were released, they have not been available from day one. Limited demand for sure. But this is a dictionary keyword and fits the TLD well.
Up.biz the business-booster.

My gut feeling says low 4 figures but you could wait for a long time. .biz has become even less desirable with the proliferation of alternate extensions. The registrations are not very good and show stagnation.

More than $5k would be a great price. 2-4K more realistic.

4 years ago, I sold many 3 letter .biz domains. But the .biz market really dried up fast.

You should still get at least $2500 if you are patient.

3 letters aren’t 2 letters anyway :) but looking for something like $10k to be honest, for some offer $2-3k and thinking if they are realistic and not too low..

Dear @Notarius43 do not listen those ppl cuz most of them are liers. they are never spend even $10 on such name (.biz)
The real value of up.biz is reg-fee I have sold Up.business for about $20 on the namepros auction.
.business is much better than .biz but honestly both tlds are crap.

stick with a .com

up.biz is not reg fee fore sure. If you found any for reg fee, send me all. I will buy each for $500 minimum.

Up.biz is a good extention if you develop the domain in the right niche. Maybe some website like KickStarter. Where Entrepreneur could share their ideas and investors could help the business to push up a bit.

Reseller value: $3000
End User: 5k-8k

.business is crap. .biz is an old and well established tld. Value of .business domains will never be similar to .biz - first of all due to it has 5 letters less in its extension :)

Getting offers, most are around $2-3k, so it’s for sure not a reg-fee :)

biz is very hard to sell. but sometimes they happen.

its just rare and hard to sell.

luckily, this is also rare domain 2L... and its not random letters at all.

you'd probably get low 4fig from resellers..

and high 4fig from enduser.. but you may need to wait longer time.

Domain still not sold, probably will be ready to sell cheaper. Any opinion - for how much it will go here, on NamePros?..

You could always try and start an auction just have a higher starting price.

Start an auction if you want to sell it really cheap to this guy.

i'd rather let it drop than see it go to him for pennies.

Be patient, it takes time.

Take the money and purchase a better name with the proceeds. $3500 is a solid offer.

$3500 were offered, I declined and the buyer didn't want to buy even for $3k anymore. Strangers. :)

Sometimes it's better to take an offer when a name has limited liquidity. Use that offer as a reference point for your next inquiry on this name. Good luck!

Probably ready to sell even or $2k, I want to be out of domain business - sell out last domains and that's it.
