I previously bid and won this domain but then you said it was sold by pm before the listing end. Why now you put it on sale now?

@Eric Lyon

Previously I had some bundled some domains which were sold at the buy it now price. The buyer actually paid me in Bitcoin and then never responded to any of my messages. He simply went off the grid for some reason and it has now been 3 months with no contact from him despite 25+ attempts from me. I'm sorry but 3 months and hearing nothing from the buyer means he has lost all rights to the domains now. The domains are still in my possession and now up for sale again.

Then you should honor the bid to sell to me

Not 3 months later mate c'mon. This was such a peculiar one off event so please feel free to bid as the domains are now 'de-bundled' and separately auctioned.

feel this is shady practice. How do I know you are telling the truth? Not saying you are not. You told me the other person bought the 10 domains In a bundle probably over 1k before auction ended. It highly unlikely the person would pay you 1k and don’t want the domains... plus that was the only reason our deal didn’t go through because you said someone bin. So I should be next in line for the deal. Otherwise anyone can put up an auction and said someone bin in pm before the auction end because you don’t like the price of the bid. If you prove that someone pay you for these domains (message thread communication on namepros proof as you said he paid in bitcoin), and didn’t want them. I will back off

if he already paid you then the goods are his. no matter when he claims them later. and if you have payment, then you should be holding them for him. not selling elsewhere.
