offers Incoming offer - need recommendations please!

Hi all,

I just received an offer of $200 for xxxxxxx.com. I looked up the potential buyer - he owns a cannabis-related company (they sell creams, oils, etc.). The name of his current business is the same as my domain + llc (xxxxxxxllc.com).

Wondering your thoughts of if/what I should counter with?

also, since we/I don't know jack about what the name is or who contacted you, then how can we/ I say how much to ask?
