I have registered this because yahoo is a dictionary word & i have the right to use it.

Occupying a dictionary word is like owning rainwater or oxygen in the air by a corporate giant.

How is it acceptable.

I heard the word yahoo way before,people used to show excitement or joy like yahoo...hurrayy...

I dont understand my logic will survive or not...

The domain doesn't make sense. What is 'CBD Yahoo', besides a udrp waiting to happen? You can justify it all you want to yourself, but that doesn't mean it will ever sell. Just grace delete it.

The domain is not worth anything, it doesn't make sense with CBD.

Plus the trademark issue is not worth the risk.

You cant use the "dictionary word" theory because Apple, Orange and Caterpillar are common dictionary words too and they are trademarked

It can lead to a lawsuit which can be expensive. It really comes down to usage as well, if you were developing a site on CBD/Marijuana then you will be probably be ok.

What sort of site did you want to develop?

If you wanted to sell it, I would rather let it drop. You will struggle to sell it for much money and then think if its worth the risk for $50 or so.
