That is not how trademarks work. Those trademarks all have very specific uses.

It could be used as a suggestive term like flipping real estate, flipping as in gymnastics, etc.

There are lots of uses outside those very specific (many abandoned, expired, or cancelled) trademarks.

Flippy is a great brand. It could easily sell for 5 figures to the right buyer.

Depends what the use case is. We used it for an app, and there was no trademark for that category. Most words have trademarks in one category or another, but that doesn't matter most of the time.
