Afternic "An error Occured"

I have the same problem too. I moved 3 domains into my Afternic account a few days ago and changed the nameservers to the NS1 & 2 Afternic servers. All that happened was that the 3 domains resolved to a blank page with the helpful (not) message "An error has occured". I have now moved these 3 domains back onto the standard GD servers. At least the GD page resolves to something...

I also checked all my other Afternic listed domains, which previously had resolved to parking pages. After selecting images and keywords, they looked relatively attractive to land on. Checking today, I find all my Afternic parking pages have been knocked out, to be replaced with a dark grey page with a few seemingly unrelated links, with a neon green strip at the top saying For Sale on Afternic.

I never authorised these utterly awful, dismal, landing pages. What happened to my Afternic (Smartname) parking pages? What the bleep is going on with Afternic?!

After almost month "talking" with support (they send reply once a week...) They said that is global problem but i don't know much details and no idea if they repair that or not.

It's been long I visited Afternic, haven't made any sell there or even received any inquiry. The platform isn't just working for me for now.

ok i have error on all my domains now. I'm done with afternic now i need to find something else.

Yeah, still not fixed. Thought I would park some newly registered names there, checked to see how they resolved, and all I get is a blank page with "an error occurred".

I did a search on NPs and here I am.

This is awful. So will they ever resolve? It's ridicolous.

And they have same error for domains which they banned (that said support) so idk how they recognise them or maybe its random. So You can get cash or ban aswell. And this support is awsome waiting time 2-5 days than they tell You that they need to contact parking provider or anyone else it tooks 2-4 days again and than You will find out that maybe they will fix Your domain manually or not so i'm really disapointed about this parking becouse it was really good before this error.

I don't have time for that. I expect a company of that scale to provide a platform that works.

To have a flaw such as this is just unbelievable imho.

I changed my nameservers to Undeveloped, and they all resolve like they should within minutes.

Problem still happening randomly. I have hundreds of domains listed but some show the blank page with An error has occured.

Finally did some searching and found this thread. Seems I'm not alone. I will reach out to them and see if they can fix it.
