He made his profit. He’s happy. Good job! Why worry about what the Other guy might make reselling it?

The point of that comment is that he had an asset that was potentially (calculated risk) much more valuable. Therefore indirectly it's just a maybe a veiled constructive criticism in the sense that if he has similar names, to maybe try his hand at higher pricepoints on Afternic and make more out of his portfolio.

Let me share my story. When I received my email from afternic, I actually thought I put a price tag of 2000 . I told my flatmate too that I sold a name for 2000 but after logging in, I got to know that I just put 200 back then. Anyways, I had to honor that sale so did all the necessary steps (it was not direct transfer). I needed some quick cash so 200 was fine. I revisited all the prices for other domains after that. So, it was good experience anyways. I am still learning. Cheers!

I think that BIN is too low, the domain has very good branding potential and is in king.
