I've pushed many domains via go daddy, but seems like they changed their system recently (they no longer ask for the account # - just the users email).

I have been trying to push some domains for 5 days now and the support team was NO help. Super frustrated... anyone having the same issue or any advice...I've tried pushing with and without changing the contact info.

*see poll below
Thanks :)

In the past I've crossed quite a few bugs. Often their emails don't get sent .. try resending the email a few times. Also try using a different browser.

As for the bug that gives you an error when you transfer while setting it to change the contact info to the receiver's info .. I got that error a few times .. was actually told by tech that it's a known bug to simply not select "change contact info" and instead have the other person do it. (Something EXTREMELY insecure if you want the 60 day transfer-lock freeze to take effect in case there ends up being a problem with the payment)

(I often get friendly with tech's as I often sympathise with them when I know it's something out of their control .. in the end the tone in tech's voice told me it's something GD possibly gave up trying to fix .. or that it was something reported hundreds of times with still no fix .. it most definitely was not something the tech didn't already know was an issue)

Unfortunately I have not actually made an account push in the last couple of months so can't say what has changed.

I've said it several times that the communications and automated emails at GoDaddy are painfully unclear at times. A HUGE problem is language .. in that often they use language intended for Person A sending the domain to another account assumed to be owned by Person A .. ignoring the fact that sometimes account pushes are between accounts owned by two different people. As such sometimes you'll get emails intended for the other party and vice versa .. it's extremely confusing.
