Hey all,

I have domains I've had for a good 15 years. I'd like to sell them & get paid in crypto currency.

Are there any domain marketplaces or brokers that could facilitate the sales & make payouts in Bitcoin?

Thanks,

Emily

Epik clears transactions in crypto, including BTC.

You can use our self-service marketplace. See how-to:

https://www.epik.com/support/knowledgebase/selling-and-leasing-domains-on-epik/

Or use our full-service escrow:

https://www.epik.com/services/escrow/

Either way you can receive proceeds in BTC or other major crypto.

Regards,
Rob

it all depends on the names you have.

brokers do not just handle any names. and can be quite picky.

if you post your list here people can tell you more about your odds of finding broker.

Namesilo will facilitate transactions for crypto but the domain must be registered there.

Or simply handle the sale yourself, get paid in hard currency, and then use an exchange to convert the proceeds to BTC.
Unless maybe you don't want the IRS to notice the payments :xf.rolleyes:

I think Epik is the best fit for your need. Plus you have the CEO @Rob Monster here to grab if anything goes wrong :xf.grin:

Are you suggesting a means by which a seller could transact without an escrow service? If so, how?

All options are possible. You can use an established platform like Sedo, GD etc. Or direct sale using escrow.
Or you can get paid directly if the buyer trusts you.

On the occasion we have had end user pay directly to us (corporation) after signing a contract. But we always offer escrow split fees.
But let's see the domains first :xf.wink:
