Hey guys.
I recently picked up rules/for/dummies.com and I wanted to ask you all here what would be a fair minimum bid for this domain (considering it contains the 'fordummies').

To me, it seems ideal for instructional/reference websites. Expires in October so I was wondering whether to hold on to it or just let it go for whatever price.

Sedo has refused to allow me to park this domain or put it up for sale. Any idea why that could be?

Because "...For Dummies"...
I guessed as much. So how do you recommend getting it out there and making a sale of it?

I wouldn't risk the potential backlash by trying to sell it. It's not worth the headache. Delete the name and focus your energy on names that aren't trademarked.

Plus, cybersquatters suck.

Yikes, I'm new to this so I wasn't made aware of such a thing as a backlash by the trademark holder. Is it very common?

So basically the best thing would be to let it expire, yeah? Live and learn, I guess.

Definitely delete this name. They vigilantly protect their TM, as they should. Hopefully it is still within the grace delete period.

Wow. This was actually posted here in 'Free' domains and I thought I'll claim it. I guess this required more thought.
