the domain is BitcoinFunnel*com
BitcoinFunnel(s)*com is being sold for $10,000 on godaddy by another seller but I believe mine is worth more
Should I go keep it for now?

The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.
I think you must read that thread where people have declined offers and then REGRETTED LATER. I can't find where it is. Can some one post that thread link here?

These are the highest reported "funnel" sales to date on namebio.com. As you can see, if you accepted, your sale would be on top. Based on this, I would take the offer. Good Luck.

businessfunnel.com 3,999 USD 2017-05-19 Sedo
ufunnel.com 2,700 USD 2018-04-26 Sedo
marketingfunnel.com 1,220 USD 2013-06-10 Afternic
funnel.media 1,200 USD 2018-07-22 Afternic
profitfunnel.com 1,000 USD 2019-01-03 Sedo

Where did this 5250 figure come from? Buyer simply out of the blue offers 5250 as his first contact? Is the domain listed at a certain price with a minimum offer? Or just as “make offer”? Was there any back and forth?

Details are sketchy. Without more all we may offer is a yes or no as to the price which I’ve already suggested above - yes.

No sale concluded. I won't go so far as to say there never was an offer, but in that OP disappeared when pressed for details, looks sketchy.

take it from someone who got greedy too many times. and asked more after a $5000 and $10,000 offer.

TAKE THE MONEY AND RUN. don't be an idiot like me. even if you find out later you could have gotten $10,000 or $25,000 or $100,000 having sold $5,000 you still wouldn't feel bad. trust me.

note GameofThrones.com sold for $2,500. who cares if it ended up being a #1 show....right?

I was going to say

sell sell sell

Until I read :

So let's think this through logically.

Buyer want's to pay the exact price of 1BTC for your domain right?

Most likely the person that tracks that price is a BTC owner themselves.

He also wants to buy a domain, which increases the chance that they are a BTC developer.

BTC developers tend to have amassed a fair amount of BTC.

Most people here would have sold BitcoinWallet for the same price, but the guy asked for $250k and got it.

Different times sure, but BTC is increasing in value once again and developers are looking to get into the space before another big surge that should come later this year.

The singular is worth more than the plural in this case, and I think the plural having a $10k price tag gives you a good position to at least start the conversation higher than that.

My point... ask for more.

More specifically, ask for what YOU want and what makes YOU happy. If taking $5k will always leave you wondering and thinking I should have asked for more, then you should have asked for more.

Me personally, I would ask for more. But, that's me.

Good luck!

Brilliant, Absolutely Brilliant

Everybody connects with "Funnel Cakes"

But your Buyer connected Funnel with BitCoin

...

do not want to project or suggest - just making the point - FWIW.....

So what's the update? I would sell at the price. Any update on this, OP?

If you could use the money, I'd sell it. If you're well-off financially and don't need the money, I'd consider countering with a higher offer.

There is one fundamental mistake in your post....

You say BitcoinFunnel(s)*com is being sold for $10,000 on godaddy

It is not selling it is only listed. Listed and selling are two completely different things.

Take the money and run

I've sold multiple Bitcoin-related .Com domains. Take the offer if it's legit and still available.

If OP is asking for opinion, most likely 5K is a significant amount.
Are you happy at 5250? Take it. Of course you will be happier at 5500, as well as at 55000. Hope you got the point.
Also think about all the even more wonderful domains you will take with the 5250. And give more sweet news here about the new ones that you will sell.
