Huge difference between the two, although it's only 1 letter separating them.

Traffics (plural) is not a dictionary word as far as I know. And we do not say "traffics" in the US. It actually sounds weird/awkward.

With that said, I don't know who would be interested in a domain like this. I would say $0 - reg.

The singular version would have made more sense, domaintraffics does not seems/feels right.

This is a lesson in the big different between singular, plural, and words that don't exist at all.
