The slowness is a feature!
Scraping google too fast would make it guess a bot is running and it would send a captcha
Scraping each site one by one let time pass and google never thinks about a bot
I never received a captcha during my tests

To really make it faster, I would have to update the software so that the user could use proxies
public proxies are free but most are blacklisted by google
private proxies would pass but cost money
Who wants to pay to get the results in 10 sec instead of 10 minutes?
only a few pros who would try to sell hundreds of DN each day!
I don't think they will use my software
