Well it seems like my valuation is closest to the mark here. One sell for $275, the other $1,500. Obvious this is a 3/4 figure name not a 6 figure name.

How much research have you done to better understand the dynamics of the industry this name belongs to?

Retail: $50k to to $125k+ depends on timing/need/presentation.

Wholesale $3k-$6k

I will not say 100k since the word Assistant by itself can be used by an AI company that can afford to buy it (Assistant.com isn't in use at the moment). However, it should return quite a good ROI. Nothing less than 20-30k imo.

My price was very good for a reseller , this is not the real cost for investors and for sure not a real end-user cost.

resellers won't pay much as usual.. I assume you did not pay "much" either..

but to the right user if you're willing to wait as long as it take... it should be a nice 5 figure sale.
in almost any tech niche, assistant is one of the better keywords.

I think it’s difficult to appraise.

Just looking at NameBio for Ai domain sales and Ai domain sales are quite non-existent, so demand and need is just not there. So i don’t see where these 6 figure appraisals are coming from personally.

I think you’ve bought it for its potential though, potential of the domain and should there be a demand for Ai domains is good. But same time, we have Ai/virtual assistants right now and have done on the internet for many years, so question i would ask myself is does someone need a dedicated website for a virtual/Ai assistant? If so would they pay big money for this? Ai/virtual assistants are generally built into existing websites, not as a separate go to place, so those would be my concerns.

I think if you put it in auction right now and get a bit of attention you could see a good ROI what you paid.

Yes we had virtual assistants for years now and I believe virtualassistant.com is also a superb name.
Ai assistants r new though and what you have right now is only the beginning of Ai.

3D will be around for a lot longer along with AI all still in infancy.
I always thought that the 3d names should have sold for more than they did. What is happening is AI is becoming the everyday normal it is your operating systems supplying the AI and before you know it all sites will have it. I don't like to put 100k on it as it has to sell today. I wouldn't want to grossly under appraise it either. I think the bot is right on the money. Your final price not asking price. Ask 100K take 30-50K or wait and see what demand awaits AI keyword holding out for your 100k. Turn over sales and keep going.
