Sounds like a website that lists popular music albums. Something historical or archival. Might be worth something but "albums" might be dated.

Well if your intent is to develop the domain and not sell it (at least not right now) then it's not really worthy of an appraisal IMHO.

That said, I'd be willing to bet most people 30 years old and younger do not even know what "Album" is or care. People that do know what album is and give any care at all about albums are probably close to or on their death beds, so to speak. :xf.smile:

I like it...with some musicians only releasing new stuff on vinyl shows the medium is on the comback. I have several names in this area.

It will be worth more in time (assuming the vinyl trend continues) and I would not let it go below the low xxxx range.

@Mister Funsky

Thanks for that. I know back in my college days some years ago, some record labels were releasing punk and punk-ish bands' albums on vinyl, but it was really crappy quality vinyl and I stopped buying it. I thought that trend died out with today's smartphone generation. Maybe it came back again?

Yes, it is coming back. A friend bought out a small studio that had pressing equipment about 15 years ago and just sold it for 30 times what he paid for it to a young artist in Atlanta. I am currently shopping for a new turntable...it will blow your mind when you see the quality and prices of the vinyl equipment being made today.

When I bough those "punk" albums I referred to, the vinyl was very flimsy and a few times they were warped. The sound was also junk. Are you saying that today's vinyl is high quality or the equipment?

Both...new vinyl pressing equipment is better than the old. New turntables/needles/drives are much better than the old.

Before I bought the name only thing was in my mind that sentence =)

You are right, lets see

I think, that can work for search engine algorithms to bring the results for "albums"

Thank you all for your nice comments

any idea about the price like 100/200/300 (It depends on the requirement always - if someone need it they will buy it)

Searching on namebio for .COM domains that sold ending in "albums", not much there. Prices are all over the place and it seems most, if not all, of the domains sold pertained to photo albums, not music albums.

That's all I can tell you.

I'm not an expert. Just some minor experience. Back when the punk vinyl was popular, I was selling turntables Half.com (old ebay site that is out of business) through a distributor I found in philly. And of course I own some vinyl (but no more turntable to play it on :xf.frown:).

That's the extent of it.

Nice one. I like it, it would be great developed or for sale.

At first I was thinking it was a term just related to the record era, but it is still used anytime an artist releases their new "Album" and Albums is the only way to call it on an iphone. I'd list it at $2,450 or more
.
