Is SnapNames.com A Scam Company?

I registered on SnapNames.com some 14 days & my card was repeatedly being declined on registration page. Finally it was accepted but till then my card was charged 6 times by this company.

Contacted their support & they told me that amount would be returned within 3 to 5 days. Its been 10 days & they still haven't issued any refund!

My Snapnames Support Ticket ID is 15542698 & 15517195. They've not even responded in 10 days. So is this a scam company?

I used [email protected] to contact them.

Any Help Would Be Appreciated.

Do they have any phone number at the site that you can call to and speak to a human?

Snapnames = Namejet

I used to think that they are different since Snapnames conducts Private Auction for dropped DNs & Namejet auctions are public.

Can someone confirm this?

They are not a scam, their customer support team is quite slow though.
