Herbalife is a trademark isn't it?

Who's going to buy HeavenlyGuided and what could they possibly do with it as a business? No one that I can think of, but who knows anymore.

Heavenly...low to mid xxxx
HerbalLife..drop cause of potential TM issues (note not a expert on TM's..better to play it safe than be sorry!

HerbaLife is probably protected by trademark "laws" even if it is not registered with the USPTO. I did not check if it is registered with the USPTO because it does not matter.

I would bet that HerbaLife forbids it's affiliates to use the HerbaLife name in their domains or business names because most companies do. As such, since the only people interested in such a domain would be HerbaLife affiliates, it is worthless as they would be in trouble with HerbaLife for using it to run their HerbLife business.

HeavenlyGuided.com may have value to an end user, but probably will never sell for more than mid $XXX, given the niche. * **
