As we all know the Cannabis industry is hot right now. These two words seem to fit very well together. Any thoughts on value?

Yes canna names are hot, but some words are better than others. For example, canna & medicine are more preferred over weed, stoned, and all the other slang because positive connotation is better than negative.

Your two words may go together, but not really. Like "photopictures" or something. I just can't imagine a business going and naming themselves "canna stoned".

That said, I have no idea what's its worth. You can put up a 2-3K BIN and hope the canna market goes bonkers where any name will sell and you get lucky. 🤷‍♂️

Seems kinda redundant.

Canna no longer is just a term that means "high." Now there are all kinds of way to use it without the psychoactive chemical. Canna Stoned lets people know that this product "will get you stoned." Not only that but stoned refers to an Indica strain not Sativa. So CannaStoned is not redundant.

A business does not have to name themselves CannaStoned but they can have a top-shelf product called CannaStoned. 10 years ago people couldn't imagine Cannabis would be legal but the people that bought all of these Canna names 18 years ago are banking. The key to domaining for me is to see around the curve. The term stoned as always been a cool name thanks to cheech and chong. Stoned is a term that many people use today to express how strong the herb is and it's characteristics. Nothing negative about it. There will be companies that use all sorts of slang names in the future as it becomes more recreational and not just medicinal.

I think it's a long shot that this one will sell. The keyword 'Stoned' does have a negative feel, and a quick search in namebio doesn't instill much confidence.

This feels reg fee to me, but since you already own it I'd put it on Afternic for $1000, forget about it, and hope you wake up to one of those magical domain sale emails one day.

Good luck with it!

Totally agree! "Stoned" is such a negative keyword in the cannabis market especially when CBD (don't get high off of that main chemical in cannabis) is making such a impact in the legalization of cannabis!

Stoned is a common term used in dispensaries to describe the effects of an indica dominant strain. It's the same thing as "couchlocked." While you may feel this is a negative term it does help people to understand the effects a strain can have (like northern lights). There are many of cannabis patients that enjoy the "stoned" effect due to its abilities to help with pain, insomnia, stress, etc... Yes, CBDs can and does help with medical conditions without getting one high but studies do show that the psychoactive effects of THC when paired with THC is the best way to go for the "most effects" benefits. There are plenty of articles on the study I can PM you if you would like.

I take CBD now but its nothing compared to the THC plus CBD you find in the plant as a whole. I have pain issues and insomnia.

Do these "dispensaries" buy domains?
Is the word "stoned" in the dispensaries store name?

Stoned may be a slang term used to describe a side effect of THC but it not a medical term (like euphoric) that goes with the business side of cannabis.

Check out the keyword, "stoned" previous sales https://namebio.com/?s==gjN4MjN5AjM

Just my opinion..

I didn't say this is a medicinal term domain name. I'm only pointing out that it's a very popular term that has been around for over half a century. As a matter of fact, I pointed out that as recreational Cannabis becomes more and more common we will see slang terms/names popup everywhere. And when they popup Stoned will be a very common term you will see in shops everywhere. Even right now they sell Stone Gummies. Names and terms will become more and more relaxed.

I wouldn't be shocked if slang terms take over medicinal terms. Think of it this way... one of the common names you hear people say when referring to edibles is "gummies." Doesn't sound medicinal but that is a common medication. As time goes on we will hear all sorts of slang names popup. CannaMojo... to help men with their sexual needs. Don't sound medicinal to me but that's a product right now. When you look at it the foundation of medical marijuana is built on slang names. What some OG KUSH bars? How about some AK-47 to get you creative and away from depression. Having trouble sleeping?? How about that Northern light 5# pre-roll.

Give it 2 years and you will have a whole other outlook on the canna industry

You seem to disagree with all of the feedback you've received so far, so why don't you tell us what you think it's worth?

I'm sorry... Did I offend you all (5) by disagreeing with your opinions? I was merely trying to offer another view point based on real information. Whether you have said 1.00 or 100,000 makes no difference. It's just interesting hearing others opinions. Is that a problem? I also like to see the logic behind a domainer's quote. In this case I noticed a lack of insight into the cannabis industry. I never attacked anyone but instead questioned the logic based on information.

Not to be rude potnames, but for someone one has the name "potnames" I expected more. But that is my fault. I assume too much... maybe...

I literally LOL'd at the 'Not to be rude' part, because that's exactly what you are.

You seem to have it all figured out, so why are you wasting your time in the appraisals forum?

Find a company or business that is willing to use a name like "cannastoned".. would love to see how much insight you have in the cannabis industry.

Good luck.

Again, I apologize if I seem rude to you. Is it rude for me to disagree with someone's logic? For instance, you say find a company "willing..." My logic tells me that the word "Stoned" has already made business owners millions (from Hollywood to the music industry to the clothing industry). See, that's not rude.. those are facts. But by me saying this you get offended. I'm just pointing out a few things to you.

Listen, I may not have a "potname" as my member i.d. but you would be very surprise if you knew my background in the Ganja game. What's wrong with listening to other domainers' opinions in the appraisal threads? Remember, this is a place for discussion. Are we not allowed to ask a question then disagree with someone else's answers?

No, you didn't offend me at all!

Yes, stoned is a very common slang term just like "baked, fried, wasted" etc ..a very "head shop" term not a dispensary term.

You, do make some valid points about "branding" .

Personally, I see a " premium keyword" mixed with a not so premium one.

Bear in mind, I am a Canadian and currently dealing with the rules and regulations that the Federal/Provincial/Muncipal governments have established like advertising etc! Even have to deal with the Internet "governments" (Facebook/Twitter/Google/etc) rules.

Just my thoughts/experiences, good luck!

This is a great comment. I agree with you. It's very disappointing that our system tells us free speech but then persecutes us for exercising it. We should be able to describe things the way we want as long as we are not directly insulting someone for no reason.

So dramatic.

I assure you that im not offended, insulted, or any of that. If you want to invest in names that have slim chances of selling, that's your choice, and your money.

Most people that post in the appraisals forum genuinely want feedback on their name, whether that news is good or bad. You seem to already know that CannaStoned is super premium, so you don't need an appraisal from me, or anybody else.

You are correct that I am not aware of your background in the ganja game. I just need to figure out if you are Cheech, or Chong.

Best of luck with your names!

Dramatic is for the easily offended. I just speak simple. Maybe it will sell maybe it won't. Timing is everything even if you have a great domain. I never claimed it to be "super premium" but this comment just shows that you are offended for some reason. There is no reason to get upset. You know what's funny... for anyone who reads this thread they will know that you never once had a legit rebuttal to any of the comments I made.

Stoned is a legendary term that immediately makes someone think of marijuana when they hear it. It describes an indica strain trait. When connected to canna it means... This cannabis has me stoned. Cannastoned

When multiple people say that it seems like a negative keyword and you argue that it is not, why would I rebut that? No need for me to rebut. Once again my brother, you already have it figured out.

For the record, I hope cannastoned sells, and i hope it sells for a mint.

Best of luck with this name, and any others in your portfolio. Here's to hoping that we all meet and exceed our domaining goals.

Multiple is just 5 people. There are over 7 billion people on earth... many which love the term "stoned."
Thank you for wishing me the best. That's very kind of you to say. I do like your name NoveltyPipes.com. I'm surprised you still have it. I'm sure that one will be scooped up soon and turn it into a website/store.

Thanks for the feedback. The NoveltyPipes name has been around since 2002 -- if it doesn't sell to a shop, I may start my own.

At first sight, it seems like someone called Canna stoned to death for me. I just didn't like it.
