Undeveloped because of lower commission ;), but I am more successful at Afternic and Sedo.

Efty is the best and cheapest one, why you not even added them to your list?
For crappy names you can use mentioned markets but for expensive names the best one is only and only Efty as they charge you NOTHING/no any comission.

Undeveloped charges you 9% for doing nothing just escrow, they not reffer you any buyers as all buyers is type-in/direct buyers so why the hell to pay them 9% when Efty/Escrow.com charges you only 0.89%?

I have my own landing pages plus Undeveloped, so I only park them with my own landing pages, that includes a contact form. The more your expose and spread and your names, the higher the chance is for a sale.

Still I sell most names via Afternic as these also will appear for people serching for names at GoDaddy etc.

Is efty a market place like the ones mentioned? What is the difference between efty and my own landers? I am asking just the landers , forget about the other features like financials and tracking renewals etc?

So you recevied an offer in using efty lander, then you say great, no commission, so how do you finalize the sale ? Yes you use an escrow service? For that, i dont think it is even fair to compare efty with undeveloped for example.

Using my own landers , brandable marketplaces , as well as undeveloped, I do list on Afternic but i have had less success with it.

Efty provide landers (nicely customized ones) along with many other services. They are not a third party marketplace so they do not handle the transaction. Normally people (depending on value of domain) use either PayPal or Escrow.

Efty has a monthly fee but does not take any commission. This may make it economically more worthwhile, depending on the number of sales you have. The third party handling of the transaction via a service like Undeveloped or Afternic does build trust for some buyers though.

Undeveloped for landing pages, quick responses, low commision
Sedo for fast transactions using transfer codes and more realistic page-view totals
Afternic for Godaddy domains

If I can post a negative, its with Afternic for their whole website. Its clunky, some things dont work right, pricing is hard to update and does not always show updated after it says it has. Names under "review" sometimes stay like that forever. If you change the columns selected to view when seeing your portfolio, they dont "stick" for next time even if you save the update. When listing your domains, it always defaults to 10 per page and you have to change it to 25 or 50 every time. There's more but you get the idea.

I like Afternic, but it feels like their website is partly broken and never updated.

I have about 2 thousand domains that there are many end users for each ,a lot of my domains are redirected to parking or to escrow via bodis which is a nightmare because ,people have nothing better to do than waste their time and mine. I get about 20 buys a week though escrow that are all BS,I tell escrow they need to set up some kind of verification system to weed out the phony bids, but escrow only employs robot people. My big success is with afternic all my domains are listed on it but with minimum BIN of 20 bucks ,which I am too lazy to adjust. The sales I am very successful at with afternic they are in the 900-2000 level that I have placed BIN depending on the quality,But if I put in the time to price them all I think I can be in the 6 percent yearly sales ,which would be over a 100 a year. Afternic takes 20 percent ,but that covers everything including paypal fees. your sale is 1000 your getting 800 clean, after the domain is signed sealed and delivered and confirmed, you get your money within 2 days it used to take 2 weeks ,also I forgot to mention redirect the nameservers to afternic so they can call a sales rep if you have a range in price ,or right to the auction page for BIN. Good luck. One more thing many of my sales are from afternic/godaddy partners, I just sold a name yesterday that someone punched in to register at network solutions, which the system then redirected to a godaddy/afternic bin form. Overall its a no brainer, afternic is the way to go ,if the 20% commission scares you away ,throw on another 100 bucks to the asking price,no true end user is going to say ''the bin is 1200 if it was only 1100 id buy it.''
I am also curious if anyone has used SEDO ,I do have some listing there but not enough to judge its performance I'm not sure if it has the same partnership volume as afternic but its website seems to have multiple times the traffic as afternic, any imput would be appreciated , BENNY

I presume you mean if you have more than 5000 the limit of top tier membership? (or is it something else I am missing?). I presume there is some technical reason why Efty has that limit, @Doron Vermaat ?

Thanks Bob, I am very well aware of Efty having tried it for a year. What I see is not logical is when someone says I use Efty simply because it doesnt charge a commission then I ask so what? They just send you the money or what? Apparently that is not the case for the person will have to finalize the transaction somewhere and actually pay a commission . So then you ask what is the difference between my own landers and Efty's? I am talking about the landers only, I would say nothing at all other than the designs being different.

So far , it appears Undeveloped.com is on its own league and ahead of all other marketplaces.

I love Undeveloped landers and use them. I have used Efty in past and like a lot their all in one package. The commission difference depends obviously on how you do it at Efty and where comparing to. If the value is such that you are comfortable with PayPal then your only commission like fee with Efty is PayPal fees. You remain in charge of transfer which can have both disadvantages and advantages. Like you say those with hosting and skills can readily build their own landers.

yes you are right
but they have plans to raise that
or have raised it alread

but as you pay the fees based on the number of domains
it gets really expensive

I can see that they have upgraded their design somewhat. Maybe I will try to list a few then?!
