question 4 offers in Escrow.com for same domain

Hello everyone,
Please i had parked my domain from 4 days with bodis.com and in domain manage page i choose to list for sale in escrow.com and put my price xx, xxx $
Today i get email from escrow.com from buyer want to buy it with my price and i accept the offer (email of buyer was email from company domain no free service domain)

Then after that by 3 hours i get email and txt sms with an offer with my price also from another buyer from escrow also
Then 2 another offer after 1 hour with same price
(last tree offers the buyer email is from free email service like gmail and yahoo)
My question is this may be scam?
How escrow accept more offer of domain that already have approved offer?
any advice please?

But first offer was with domain email for IT comapny in US
also i still getting more offers again
Also i have another parked domains with bodis and same option to sell in escrow but that domain the only one get offers

How much traffic does the name get? I had several fake escrow's on a high traffic name that was parked with efty. Ended up removing the lander and parking it with ads via bodis. It made $5 a day once parked.

I suggest you switch to parking with ads.

Not seem same buyer, it may be mistake as bodis sometime redirect to listing page for domain with escrow transaction form so visitor may not know what he do exactly

It seem that what happen, it have traffic about 500 visitor per day

Monitor it for a week to see what the daily earn is. Check the backlinks and use Similarweb.com to see how the majority of traffic gets to your domain, my guess is it's mostly type in.

You may be able to sell this name at about X12 to X24 the monthly traffic revenue if it converts well.

Well, actually it not necessarily have to be a registered domain's email to be a genuine buyer .. it does show if it was from a credible and reputable company. Bu lt hey, a serious intention might be using gmail or yahoo as well as long as he/she does have the budget for it. Well, if many comes after you for the same amount of price, you better close deal with the one you trusted more. You can sense it from the way they were responding to your conversation.
