Good luck with your sales!

i do own few io crypto names...but i try be very picky cause it adds up fast for io at 30$ a pop.. as for this one...well...coin and traders just isnt bad combo in crypto niche based on my researches and experience.. in the end our regs or buys will be just as good or as bad as our experience (time, research etc) in any domain niche under the sun...its that simple and that complex at same time imo. cheers

Sadly this is the reason I stay out of .IO expires. Every few days some really nice .IO domains expire but do I want to tie up a lot of money in .IO which I might end up dropping ?

Hi,
Great sale, can you tell your outbound story

I bought this domain, because I read the post here for CoinDecentralized.com that was sold for $6500...
First time I sent 30 outbound emails, there was interest from 1 company, but when I sent them the price $3800... there was no answer from this company.
---
After 1 year I decided to try again and sent 3-4 emails to potential 'Crypto Loans' companies... and there was an answer from 1 company. My initial offer was $3800... their first offer was $340... After some negotiation I sold the domain for $1800.

Domain name: Smart-watch /.com
Sale venue: Godaddy
Listing type: Normal listing that I pushed to auction after a bid.
Asking price: Make Offer
Sale price: 1018$
Purchase venue: Godaddy Auctions
Purchase price: 311$

I was kind of bitter about this one, but I figured a 700$ profit isn't too shabby for a hyphenated domain. Got a bid for 1017$. Countered with 3500$ and got countered back at 1018$. So when I saw it was going nowhere I pushed to auction. Never tried the push to auction feature before on Godaddy. Silly really that the Godaddy Valuation doesn't show on anything but expiring domains, as this one had a value of 7500$. I don't think it's worth that much but if Godaddy would just show the valuation on all auctions I think I would at least get a few more eyes on the auction.
Wrote a longer post about it on my blog if anyone wants to check it out https://www.goodsolid.com/godaddy-push-to-auction-backfired-700-domain-flip-profit/

I woke up Monday morning to find that I had sold three domain names, each for $488, all three going to a single buyer in Berlin, Germany (thanks Jurgen!):
TheOwls.com
BitcoinFamily.com
SonicTransfer.com
He bought 'em all at Uniregistry Market. Small profits made on each.
No more information available.

Domain: Swift/Restore.com
Purchase Price: $1 Netsol promo
Sale price: $795
Hold time: 2 weeks 2 days
Sale Venue : Afternic Bin.

I saw name at expireddomains.net and registered it with really nothing in mind though i saw a few businesses related to the name, i just thought it might be good Brandable to list in a Brandable Marketplace. Then i first listed it on Afternic at BIN price. 16 days later i got a mail from Afternic that name has sold at BIN. Just checked and discovered it's already developed site now. Congrats to the buyer and thanks to Namepros community for all the valuable informations shared here.

How did you list it at Afternic, was it set for fast transfer ? If you had it for 2 weeks it would still be locked. Did you have to do anything or did it just transfer on its own ?

At fast i was asked to send Authentication Code. Then i mailed Afternic sales department and explained to them that name is not ready for transfer out, then i suggested that maybe they can inform buyer to open an account with networksolutions so we can initiate a Registrar account push. After a while i recieved a notification transfer request from buyer's account at networksolutions i informed afternic support about it and was instructed to cancel request that they'll initiate transfer push with afternic's networksolutions account themselves, then send to buyers account. Then i sent name to Afternic's Networksolutions account and they resolved with buyer.

Trumic /// .com $500

Original contact was an incoming offer in October 2017 for $100 I had counter offered $450. Never heard back. 18 months later he emails me to try again. This time he settled on the $500. He couldn't understand why, after holding it, that I didn't want to sell cheap. I knew I would make him pay more than I had previously offered.

Regged on drop Sept 2016
