This question has been asked many times. I just add "without outbounding" condition.

I wonder whether Hugedomains, Domainmarket, Buydomains do outbounding. We can also ask, whether they make a living.

Does fixed price, or make offer, or auction work better in case of outbounding?

Yes, my income comes from 100% inbound with no outbound.

I've already made ~$200,000 in 3 months from ~10 domain sales.

The best outbounder I know swears by fixed price with flexibility (willing to accept less).

Almost 100% inbound.
Had just 2 outbound sales for ~11 years.

Not totally sure what you mean by outbounding (you mean cold calls and such? I've never done any of that.) I've made a good living off of domains for about 7 years now. It is my only source of income. - Michael

Cold/robo calls, spams email etc.

These factors have minimal impact.
You should contact the decision maker (CEO/Marketing Director)... and even better - by phone.
