Showcase your best exact match address domain + your experience selling them or not.selling them.

I'm not talking about geo's here like actual government given address for these locations. Basically if there is a building built somewhere. where would the mail be sent to?

Please share why you chose to register or buy these?

you can do number + Street or numbers (spelled out)+Street.

I'll start.

OneBryant.om
1Bryant.com
20Jay.com
42Jay.com
50Jay.com
5Manhattan.com
100Hudson.com
246Johnston.com
30Washington.com
65Washinton.com
91Washington.com

Also to add value to this thread so we have a running database of domains like the ones above being used by actual developers as the url for the website for their project. That way if we have an idea to reg similar domains we can reference this page to get a full list of domains we can use as an example to a potential buyer.

Developers I think is a small community and they know each other. So when one of them develops something huge and amazing it's basically a "Sword fight" to show off who is the best and the cherry on top? It's usually the cool name they give their project.

They always say planning is key with development and it sure shows poor planning when the development's website does not use the exact match address for the building but instead they had to name it some other name because someone beat them to the domain that's an exact match to their project.

Can't really show off when you don't even own the exact match url for your "well planned" development.

now you have to put an "NY" or an "NYC" at the end of your address.

LAME..

Please share domains you've seen used by huge developents I'll start that too.

It seems like these type of domains would have a very small potential pool of buyers.

I agree with Brad.

I have a few hundred like:
FIVEFIVETWO.COM
SIXNINETHREE.COM
SEVENSIXSIX.COM
ONESEVENSEVEN.COM
TWONINETWO.COM

I consider these addresses without the street name. Over the past few years I have sold more than ten in the category of three numbers spelled out. In the past three months, I've sold THREETHREESIX.COM for $900 and another for $2100.
