This is an odd thread IMO.

The .COM vs new gTLD debate wages on. Your conviction to your unique portfolio has been a powerful factor in my perception of the potential for the .PIZZA's of the world to fare a decent chance in years to come. In my mind you represent this gTLD movement as sort of a figurehead on this forum, and you do a fair job of it. You seem knowledgeable and decent in your posts, and you seem to be finding success with the new gTLDs you've invested in.

I'm surely going to take some heat for this, especially because I will openly declare that I have never sold a domain name.

It's this prominence that you hold, at least from my point of view, that causes my disappointment. I think all three of those domains are blatant drops. No question. "I murder"?.... dot net? No thanks. I think you agree, but you've rolled the dice in hopes you can recover some costs via the less savvy on this forum, and you've included a half-hearted effort to try to pitch the names as valuable. It's as if you're trying to use your prominence to pull the wool over the eyes of others on the forum. It makes you lose some credibility in my mind. ...and in turn, it takes some credibility away from your argument against .COM.

You start the thread with the word "Friends". I just don't see your attempt to pitch these bad names as friendly behavior.
