Thanks for this post, I've been in domains for almost 20 years and a Namepros member (under a different name) since 2003, I initially built a platform for our own portfolio of 20,000 domains, over the years I have fine tuned it to meet my needs as a domain seller.
Then I thought it was something that others could benefit from so I've spent the last year tailoring it to the needs of other sellers.

The point is that it is has built buy domainers for domainers, and we are completely open to hearing what works and what doesn't work from the domainer world. If there are features that others want to see added and a few agree then we will add them.

We have designed a simple parking page (with no google adds) which we have found to get the most amount of enquiries.
You can select to have a minimum offer or not.

An automated email follow up system has also been built in to check if the potential buyer has received the enquiry and encourage them to come back and make an offer.

I have found this to personally generate extra sales.

The no reserve auction section gives a platform to sell some of the cheaper domains on without having to pay high fees. A simple 10% commission (min $10) fee is all that we charge.

DomainHub also acts as an escrow service whereby buyers pay us, we check the domain has been transferred to the buyer and then we pay the seller.

Buyers can pay by paypal, wire, credit card and we are also about to launch crypto options.
The great thing is that out 10% fee also covers the paypal or credit card fee.
Escrow is another built in option.

DomainHub is and always will be a work in progress but we want to work and progress with other domainers. Especially those at Namepros.

Sounds great, its good to see such a domain put to good use.
