i just dropped 100 3l.biz names .. luckily they wre 1$ promo regs last year

and every day on expireddomains.net you can see maybe 10-20 dropped 3l.biz

so this is a no brainer.

I only keep .biz domains that are full words that make sense as a business and get looks/visits. The 3L value that works for some TLD's doesnt seem to do it with .biz. Only if you have a 3L word that makes sense does it seem to have value.

biz are very hard to sell
in any shape or form
in last few years, I regged maybe 500 biz names... luckily mostly on promos.. I sold maybe 10 at most... and they were pretty low sales.. I consider myslelf lucky to have not lost money on .biz.. and the little profit I made.. looking back just wasbn't worth the hassle and time

its lesson learned.

even solid looking 1word names expire daily.. by the 10s..... taken in tons of other extensions.. and you cna easily get fooled by regging them.

so biz to me is a very big gamble.. for regfee names. and buying them after market is also a gamble.. unless you can get cars.biz for $100 or something like that lol

I will still reg now and then an expired .biz.. regfee... most likely it'll be crypto related these days for me.. but its very rare I do it.. less and less..

unlike many other extensions.. it is just pure lucky for biz regfee names to sell one.

still one can get lucky now and then

I just sold sphinx.....biz a day ago for $200. to some russian.

no one, including me too lol, would have predicted that one. lool
i just regged it few months back cause I like old egypt haha

LLL.biz of similar quality are sitting at the closeouts.
A few years ago you could have sold them here for mid-$$ maybe.
But now .biz is done.

According to Namebio there is one LLL.biz sold every month or so but often in the low-$$$ range.
I checked one of your names at random, I see it's registered since 2005. Which means (assuming you are the original registrant), these names have already cost $$. If there has been zero interest in the form of inquiries or even lowball offers you might as well let them go. On the other hand the renewal fees are not going to crush you. But the likelihood of a big sale ($$$$) that would make the exercise worthwhile remains elusive.

I think I would let them go. And forget about .biz completely, as if it never existed

I had the same thought... fer means iron in French but it doesn't help much.

I checked out the sales under $100 with a NB subscription just to see how .biz is selling lately at low values. In the last year there were 903 sales but the average price was just $18 (in the <$100 - this does not include the publicly available NB data for prices $100 and up). I also did a search for the last year restricting myself to LLL .biz. There were 77 sales, but the average price only increased slightly to $22. When I looked at the sales of $47 and up they were all 3 letter words as opposed to other LLL.
