advice Who do you contact?- Outbound sales

I have been selling my decent names almost exclusivity using outbound for a couple of years. maybe I am doing it wrong but sometimes it takes forever to get to the decision maker. I usually target the Marketing Directors and Managers. I am dealing with a HUGE medical device manufacturer now and after 2 months I am still not getting to the right person.

Who do you target and why?

now that we see offer details from our marketplace across tens of thousands of names we noticed that for smaller companies its the CEO /owner contacting us for the sale...larger companies could be marketing or IT dept...I guess the idea may originate in marketing but they still go to the IT guy to try and buy the name.

one thing you cant predict is we see future biz ideas names making offers. so unless you work at the company you could never know what direction they are moving in. example the marketing dept just named their app x so they want x app. com

but whats even better is if the domain they want has a crazy high offer price, that is way out of their budget and you have thousands or tens of thousands of names to offer them, you can also suggest a ton of other options once they reject the counter....nothing better than the warm glen gary leads...

Email marketing is one of the best strategies for outbound.
Therefore, I use Aeroleads+ woodpecker for it.

I would highly recommend Aeroleads + LinkedIn to find relevant prospects.
First, I make an ideal customer profile and search for similar profiles in LinkedIn and use Aeroleads for fetching the email addresses and other details of the prospects in real time.
It verifies the data and exports the files within one click to Salesforce, HubSpot CRM, Pipedrive, etc. which make it more convenient.

Targeted outbound email marketing is something I would like to do "if" only I had the time, the technical know how, or the right equity partner. Seema, seems

to have a pretty good handle on what I'd like to be able to do. I wonder if Seema might be interested in an equity position?

Local Meetup events are the best way for lead generation IMO. It's time consuming but you get to learn and meet high profile people with real ideas and needs.

Meetup is a great venue. I'll be using Meetup events at golf courses and country clubs to attract potential members for 9Time™ For those of you who don't know what Meetup is, just go to Meetup.com and you can host a meetup event yourself.
