But the NFX.com lawsuit, and the possibility that Monday.com may have been connected to an account that was allegedly hacked raises an eyebrow.

Not sure if was stolen but now Monday com is a developed site & also with advertising even on Eurosport channel
So i think who is the owner right not risk to buy a stolen domain ..just say

What's a big deal? We have 7 days a week so if Monday is stolen we still have:
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
