SEO benefit only comes after its get developed, I personally think I can get even a random short .xyz domain top of the search page.

I can disagree I have experimented putting two words around wrong way and found success in search engines in past. eg link adult. This hasn't worked on everything but don't discredit what you can do to make traffic and how a sites traffic and how search engines can be manipulated. The generic traffic although small may be a lot better than what ever the hell brand your trying to push.

It depends on what the words are. The ones used in your example work both ways in my opinion.

"medicinal marijuana" is grammatically correct also

MarijuanaMedical is a great name for a hospital or a company specializing in medicinal cannabis products. Wholesale supplier type deal.

MedicalMarijuana sounds like a frontline retailer.

of course the SEO benefits I'm talking about is the "perceived" SEO benefits that a buyer might have enough that they may consider buying it?

obviously no SEO benefits from a parked page. Again this question is keep with good chance to sell in secondary market to domainers who plan to resell for profit or delete
