Hi,

How much do you guys think it's worth for appraisal?

The first letter is L instead of i.

i was thinking $2000 so I looked at godaddy just to see and this is what I found:

Lnsurance.comPremium

No justification for this kind of domain unless you are planning on a phishing campaign.

These domains are typically sold on venues such as ebay ect....

They are meant to deceive the buyer and ultimately scam them.

Hope you weren't one of those buyers.

Appraisal = Reg-fee

did you think it was an "i" ... if you truly paid mid xxx on sedo for it... ?

Right! And in other thought, a user will never found this kind of names the second time if they don't use their history tab to surf the site again. Also, it'll be a nightmare to rank the word "Lnsurances" for the original keyword "Insurances".

That's what I thought too.

Put it in a textfile. Put the textfile onto a cheap USB and then bury it in the garden.

*Unmarked grave.

I've lost tens of thousands on really bad domains so don't beat yourself up about that name. Just uncheck renew, forget about it and keep going. It's a learning experience. We all have to go through it at some point. I find it very helpful to copy and paste any domain I find directly into google search, break the words up individually in the search box, delete the extension and do a search (make sure you don't type the words in or select from the drop down, but leave it exactly as you pasted it in except spacing the words out and deleting the extension). This will tell you exactly what you have. I ran into things like knife/knive and knifes/knives and doing this will save you from making a mistake like that again. Google will tell you if it's a misspelling, a wrong letter or whatever else will trip you up. I do this for every domain I think about purchasing now and it has saved me thousands.

LNSURANCE.com once found its way to Namejet and actually received few good bids (misguided buyers of course) then auction had to be cancelled by namejet. So even after foolling bidders it was unable to sell itself.

Now LNSURANCES is even worse than that. Which is why you have been booked loss by buying it in auction.

Start a business/develop a brand called LN Surances and you're good to go!
Sounds like it could be a company that sells extended warranties.

In all seriousness, best to just let it expire.
