A registrar seized 6 domains of mine 3 months ago. Justifying the seizure as part of ‘authority’ investigation. Nobody notified me before and no authority contacted me. The namesilo support refused to provide the name of their so called authority. There was no chance to defend myself and no proper answer during 3 months. I'm convinced their action was illegal and I would like to do something about it.

Can anyone recommend me a good attorney for such case?

Thank you.

What are the current nameservers for the domain names?

Interesting, i have some domains with namesilo, never had problems.
So i highly doubt that namesilo would do this. Could you post the domains?
May be @namesilo can comment?

May be @namesilo can comment?

If the nameservers are set to Shadowserver, then namesilo is not going to comment, since there are a number of domain names that have been seized pursuant to a sealed proceeding in a federal court. That's why I asked, but the OP is apparently not interested.

Domains and web sites that are tortuous

I'd love to know what a "tortuous" domain or web site might be.

"Tortuous" and "tortious" are two different words with two different meanings. You might want to look up their definitions.

What course of business were you engaging in on the domains?

Seeing a lot of this activity given our global
economy, and economies of scale from countries with abnormally low living wages. There is little recourse, and very high profitability factors in some sketchy sectors. Regulators are ripe to take over the Internet. Not assuming anything to the OP, but their frantic nature, lack of details, and namesilo’s response tend to point in the direction that there is more to this story.
