Hi Folks,

need some advice..I have a domain for which several other companies have done typed drawing trademarks...I mean many...is it safe to assume that none of them can claim the domain?

There is simply not enough information in your OP to even guess what might be an appropriate response.

What sorts of trademarks are we talking about? Descriptive, suggestive, arbitrary, fanciful, surname, or something else? What is the relative priority between the use of the marks and your domain name? What has your domain name been doing, specifically?

There's a whole range of factors that can be relevant to whether any particular trademark is or is not relevant to any particular domain name. Your post doesn't touch on any of them.

I have a domain that has several trademarks for the word from several individuals across the globe , its a japanese word...

each one has a different drawing for the word...its a widely used word across the globe to represent japanese restaurants...some are using it for their food business and some are using the word for other businesses such as computers etc

What is the domain name doing, specifically?

Is the domain name doing something related to the dictionary word, such as generating PPC parking ads based on the dictionary meaning of the word?
