i thnk they'd fetch 100-200 from resellers on np.. each of course.

otherwise if you wanna wait for specific enduser who may want them for specific purposes.. for x years of renewals... then no one can really say how or if that'll work out. thats just like trying to predict weather on 15 march 2021

Correct.
Note: All 4-letter domains are not all dubbed 'equal'
Example: auzn.com would not be worth the same as asia.com

I see much accuracy in there, So you really think it would get that on market ?

There is very low use for the meaning 'auzn,' and this is a domain you would want to try to flip quick and move onto bigger and better things. If you can make profit, even little, it's certainly better than no profit. The key with domaining, in my personal opinion, is to not fall victim to 'falling for your domain,' otherwise, you would just sit on it for ages hoping and praying for a solid offer and sale. The domain industry could be quite slow and you want to sell and move on fast... if you want to make money.

Many domainers are hemorrhaging funds keeping domains that will likely not sell, and registrars are more than happy to continue to take your money for nonsense domains.

Hope this helps.

I believe each would sell for $XXX in the reseller market. Possibly $X,XXX for auzn to an end user.

auzl.com 179 USD 2018-03-28 NameJet
auzc.com 161 USD 2018-03-12 NameJet
otzn.com 120 USD 2018-12-04 NameJet
unzn.com 155 USD 2018-06-13 NameJet
sezn.com 185 USD 2018-05-25 NameJet
gezn.com 180 USD 2018-05-17 Flippa
svzn.com 344 USD 2018-04-06 DropCatch
aqzn.com 580 USD 2018-02-03 NameJet
ozzn.com 264 USD 2018-01-03 GoDaddy

Best of luck

Pointless.

Without talking about the short and the long game, And without mentioning any value indicators, There is a few domain categories that have a minimum price on market.

Our subject is LLLL .coms which are selling for low $xxx at latest. Nothing against you but the appraisal you have given is pointless.

Why ? Because an LLLL .com have a minimum price that would sell for, So in order to appraise this you need to set this minimum price, and then go for the other value indicators, If there's zero use of the domain it would still worth the value of being an LLLL.

It's not pointless, it's looking at this from an entirely different prospective. This is my personal opinion, just as it's the 'opinion' of others to valuate your domains at $xxx-$x,xxx. The truth is, no one really wants to hear the sad reality.

With domains, there's many varying factors to determine their worth. For me, I look at the following: meaning(s) of domain and how wide the use could be and how it could be used for many organizations, if there are other extensions registered, if the other extensions have thriving websites, the age of the domain, if there are other similarly registered domains such as HunterAUZN.com, backlinks and domain authority percentage, if there was a once-thriving website, history of ad revenue, strength of keywords, popularity, if the domain was ever blacklisted, if the 4L.com has similar spelling to a common word such as lyft.com, etc.

Some things for you to know: there is no magic domain book in existence with guaranteed prices. There are no minimum cost for certain domains. There is no Internet domain authority figure to set such price regulation. Yes, other 4L.com's sold for various cost over time, but they're not all created equal. At the end of the day, it's at the sole discretion of the buyer and seller to agree on a reasonable price. In other words, a domain is only worth what someone is willing to spend. Also, just because other 4L.com's are listed for prices doesn't necessarily mean they'll sale. If you want to make money, it's a good idea to not place unreasonable prices on your registered domains, especially a registered domain with little to no underlying data to justify a high valuation.

If you do, you will only hemorrhage funds for renewal. The goal is to not be unrealistic. With 4L.com's, there's 26 letters in the alphabet, 456,976 variations, thousands are available and can be hand registered now, thousands are pending deletion from various domain registries, thousands are on the market for sale, most are not thriving active websites, nor have they ever been, your 4L.com is not similar to any other 4L.com because you have the only auzn.com and ojnl.com, which substantially narrows your customer base, versus a 4L.com with a more common and popular acronym, such as rsvp.com which has a insanely massively broad useability rate for many organizations.

You could very well wait months and years for a single 'reseller' or 'end user,' willing to pay your $100 4L.com minimum, that could never come. Overall, the goal is to sell, grow, and move on.

These are my indicators,
Good luck.

As i stated on my previous reply, Before mentioning the factors that could make a domain worth something, An LLLL .com In today's market it still worth the value of being an LLLL. And always there are buyers that are ready to pay that minimum amount for it, If it goes less than that particular amount then it's not presented on the right venue. It's not me who's saying this but are the market stats.

There are tons of investors that are buying LLLL .coms daily with no less than $xxx, Everything is pretty well documented online and you can check that yourself.

Also, It seems that you are a bit outdated so i'm happy to let you know that all the 456,976 variations you are talking about are registered and there isn't a single LLLL .com available for hand registration, If you found that, then you found money.

The thousands of available ones you are talking about would've been in 2008 Era, And the other thousands that are pending deletion are all getting drop-catched and none goes to be available for hand reg.

If you think i'd wait months and years to get a $100, I believe i could get that instantly and i only need to announce that are for sale $100 each, However, I will post on this thread when are sold and i think there wouldn't be a long wait for this.

Maybe your appraisal could pass the accuracy test in 2008, Today is Friday, February 15, 2019.

Yes, 4L.com sell for $100+, and others for well under $100. There are domains that sale and are not reported. Your logic is, random sales you found on a domain sales site sold for $100+; therefore, your domain must go for at least $100. Remember, all domains are not the same. You own the only auzn.com and ojnl.com.

This is all meant to be taken with a grain of salt, if you're able to get $100+ for your domain, that's absolutely great. I simply shared my personally opinionated appraisal. A price I would likely pay based on the various factors I shared above. We all have our opinionated appraisals for domains.

Basically, what I am saying is this is not the type of domain where you would get a flood of email inquiries. If you have an opportunity to sell it and make profit, even little, sell and move on. Don't hold onto it. Time is money. At the end of it all, the domain is registered to you and it's your decision. All 456,976 4L variations have not been registered, and many still drop through various registries.

Good luck.

Yes i agree that many domain name sales were not reported, But still counting on the public sales, Specifically on auction houses such as NameJet, Godaddy .etc would give you an idea of what's going on.

As i said, There could be some very few LLLL's that went for less than $100 but the reason for that is because they were not presented on the right venue, let's not go far, Just go check on namepros buying section, Find the worst LLLL that you would appraise for $10 USD and see how it goes.

I know this isn't the type of domains i'd get many inquiries for, And i didn't mention that i'm expecting a fortune, Just your appraisal is not on point to me, And i believe to any other domainer that had a ride on LLLL's.

And yes, All the variations of 4l .coms are registered, Find me a single one available and i will pay for it.

Regarding the dropping ones, All types of domains get dropped and there could be many reasons for this, good one words .com drop sometimes, But all of those get backordered and dropcatched, None goes to be available for hand registration.

The point is that you cannot use dropping domains as a factor to evaluate domains.

sell and move on. Don't hold onto it.

This is what i do for all domains, I'm a short game player.

Thank you.

@namesquare please do not give inaccurate appraisal if you don't know what you are talking about, $15 appraisal value is certainly a joke, because the domain is liquid 4L with a well know minimum value, If he puts it at BIN here at $100 it will be sold within minutes so what are you talking about?!

@TLDhunter
Regarding Auzn.com I think it is a good name because it is semi-pronounceable, however the u & z are not premium letters, I think this domain can be sold to reseller for $150-$250. and to end user for $2k+

About Ojnl.com the name is not pronounceable but it is triple premium, it can be sold to reseller for $120-$180 and to end user for $1k+

@Ostrados inaccurate appraisals? Most of the time, users give random appraisals, often outrageous and unrealistic. I included what my personal opinionated appraisal is based on. When you say 4L is liquid and 4L with a minimum value, that's highly incorrect. A 4L domain isn't gold, nor trades like gold. Gold is liquid, both literally and financially. Gold is currently traded at about $1,324 per ounce and can easily be redeemable virtually anywhere worldwide; however, with this particular 4L domain, not so much. I suppose you'll write an angry letter to a free domain appraisal tool website for not giving you the appraisal you had wished for, and to say it will sell in minutes if he were to list it now is highly incorrect. You have your opinions with an explanation, just as I have my opinions with explanations.

you opinion is irrelevant, market value is relevent, here are sales chart for 4Ls:
https://shortnames.com/llll/charts

the data in the chart show that 4L sale prices have never dropped below $100 in last 5 years.

if you dont know how to appraise domains then please dont do it, you are not helping anyone and you are embarrassing yourself here.

Overall, I am sure there's millions of scenarios as to why other 4L domains are dropped. They're just not all treated equal. Each have their own unique meaning and underlying data to justify their valuation, and with a 4L domain with not many meanings and hasn't been involved with anything, this substantially narrows the market for selling the domain, per the example I gave auzn vs. rsvp / auag / agau / lyft / eyes / thug / lmao / rofl / gtfo / lyfe / .

Nice try, but I have nothing to prove to you. I am not going to do the job of finding you a 4L domain to hand register to simply prove a point, I've said my piece. Part of domain hunting is for you to do that. You can take it, just like the other domain appraisals, with a grain of salt. I buy and sell domains for thousands, and many users on here know who I am, what I possess, and my last buys and sales. I typically don't deal in small domain sales.

dropped domains have nothing to do with domain appraisal , even 3Ls drop sometimes... some owner of large portfolio of 4L domains may suddenly die and then all his domains will drop if he didnt give accounts passwords to his family.

@Ostrados Relevance vs. not hearing what you want to hear. I think my opinions are just as relevant as yours. If you think this 4L domain is liquid $100 minimum, than offer to buy it. Put your money where your mouth is. You can show examples of 1. any 4L domains that sold for $100 or more, or 2. domains currently listed. I can easy say auag.com sold for $3,200 in 2016; therefore, the domain auzn.com must be worth $3,000 when it's just not the case.

Thanks for your concern but I stand behind my appraisal and it has absolutely nothing to do with you. I have my opinions, just as you have yours. Not sure why you felt the need to direct any comments toward me. You can simply showcase your personal appraisal with an outline as to why you believe it's worth that much and be respectful, there's no need to suggest anyone is embarrassing themselves. We're having a conversation.

Woah,

Seems that i missed so much in here.

@namesquare hope you could accept what today's market is saying. Maybe a few wouldn't be appealing to you, so are worthless to you only and they'd worth something on market that you cannot deny.

@Ostrados I appreciate your offer but not selling for $300.
