It's not the amount of domains that are registerred in total that will predict purchases, or registrations by endusers.

we can see the policy of a particular company, and there we see 8% .IO 9%.CO and only 4% other TLDS.
What's important about .Co that what is mentioned by you 'pricy', is not totally right, if one is renewing his or her domains. Only drops since 1 september some domains-words of some interesting nature, (but many others are and becaome still available at normal pricing), and LLL-drops (and not all), and LLLL-drops are more expensive if they are dropped.
And renewals of thes stay at normal renewalpricing.

It was make offer and regged back in September 2012 for reg-fee. It was previously owned and dropped. Initially, it earned a considerable amount of PPC but then that faded away. Details will follow in the sold names post soon.

lucent//co sold last week for $1,800 on Sedo. I received multiple offers below this price over the last year. I adjusted my Sedo BIN price into range and it sold.

Is anyone aware that Sedo is not reporting transactions under $2,000?

From what I understand lower priced 'auctions' might be getting reported if they are public in nature and easy for the database operators to grab. BIN transactions and anything not tracked under that amount may not be getting reported. Sedo also has a privacy option.

That would suggest that most Sedo .CO sales are not being recorded in the popular database tools -- assuming it's a below $2,000 sweet spot tld. Even more so now if the registry is controlling premium purchases?

Anyone heard from GoDaddy Auctions lately about their .co listing block?

From what I see, no LLL.co has dropped in more than 55 days. Those that expire are grabbed through a back order service or expired auctions first, and are usually going for $100+

The limited LLL.co that have dropped or are open to register are a premium name and priced at $1,200+

so you mean no 3l.co was dropped and grabbed in more than 55 days?

3l.co is nice to hold. lln l-l nln or any 3char.co should be dropped imo. given the higher renew fees for .co and lo sale potential

I hold only like 15 or so 3l.co.. most are pretty random.. but plan to renew them all for a while.

The ones that dropped 55 days ago or longer have a premium price on them to register. It costs over $1,000 to hand reg one.

I am not sure if this is entirely true cause I wasn't always checking

last time I regged 3l.co at reg fee... was sometime in 2015.

Those buyers scored nicely(nice way of saying weak reseller prices, esp. for the very nice LLL combos). worrisome # of triple premiums were dropped.

I dont think it was an end user but cant be sure.

I see they DO NOT accept .CO marked "premium" by the GoDaddy Valuation tool. Test any domain above $1,000 valuation, for example, and look for the black "premium" indicator. Then try to list it.

Ah, you are about premiums, sorry. That was a time when all this mess started that GD didnt accept even regular .co. Now they seem to have sorted it out.

My listing was removed after about 24 hours. It briefly appeared in Afternic search and showed on the Appraisal plus Suggestions on GoDaddy.com. Support hasn't responded satisfactorily yet. I don't want to keep adding domains and wasting my time if it's not going to work.

Please confirm that you can list a "premium" as indicated in black/white icon on the GoDaddy Valuation tool. If you don't know what I mean by that please message me some of your high valued .CO domain names, recently added to Afternic, and I will type them in, for example. Or drop a name or two here you added to Afternic in the past month that you know is marked premium.
