Who own the Nets.com?

Sounds to me like the owners of Nets.com have a legitimate, pronouncable, one-word LLLL, dictionary, generic, and marketable domain name (that could be used for things other than a basketball team).

More power to them for asking $5,000,000. As a domainer, I hope they get their asking price. I would do the same in their shoes.

Now, what I wouldn't do is taunt my main potential end-user. I would remove the references to basketball immediately.

Question is, how badly do the Brooklyn Nets owners want it?

Nice article..With coverage like that in Forbes the owner of Nets.com should be able to score at least a million for it from the NBA if they want it bad enough. The Mark Cubin part is just icing on the cake which will probably make them want it even more!

The domain is now pointing to the Knicks site.
