I have been holding a portfolio of brandable domains for a while now and I have decided to sell them. So, I would like you to go through the domain portfolio and give me your best & honest opinion about the pricing.

1) TrendsBay.com ( Buyer will get its social media pages of 14k followers)

7) ChaturCheetah.com
8) SocioAdverts.com ( Live website)

Your genuine & honest opinion will be appreciated and rude and sadistic opinion will be reported instantly.

I always find it funny when people ask for "genuine & honest opinion" and when given is dismissed and the OP becomes defensive and rude...

You asked for peoples opinion so deal with it, otherwise you are only looking for justification.

Forget the Social Media followers and the website (post that in website appraisal section) from a purely domain name valuation I agree with the 2 posters above. Trendsbay has some value maybe low - mid xxx
the rest have 0 value.....like or lump it but that's my "genuine & honest opinion"

Little to no potential in these names. As mentioned, TrendsBay might attract some interest. But chances are slim.

This is my honest appraisal.

You should put up a decent lander on your domains, most of them have the standard GD parking lander.
