The problem with domain hacks is that they're actually quite annoying to type. You have to unnaturally stop writing a word, add the dot and continue.

Given this is clearly an adult domain, it's going to be a tough sell.

I agree for the most part. I only see 2 market avenues

1. Porn
2. Dating

I'd try selling it as a porn domain first. But I can't say how much. As was said, domain hacks look cool, but they aren't really that cool.
