question Domain name with random letter and numbers

if it is number like 4N or 5N, the value is come from below:

• it is extreamly rare,
  
• some pattern is looks very good, like 1234.com or 8888.com
• some number is have great meaning like 1024.com
• it is easy to remember for none-english speaker
  
• the random is base on differen people, for u may be random, but for certain cuture/language, it become meaningful...like 1314.com is very cool for chinese

if it a random LLLL.com, the value is come from below

• it is short, still rare..consider total LLLL is only 450k, but huge demand still there and all LLLL.com already been buy out..and all drop been auction at price at least 100$ around.
  
• it may be no much meaning, but it is pronoueable, make it brandable somehow.
  
• it may be have certain pattern make it looks good and easy to communicate as a brand
• it may be random for you, but for certain people/language it full of meaning....u actually don't know.
• it may be randow today, but may have meaning tomorrow due to new thing come...for example, hiot.com, it quite random right? but while iot become a hot topic now, this domain have specialy value now...(I don't own this one, just as a example...)

if it is random LLLLL.com, no, no much value imo....some very nice one still avail for hand reg....

Thank you so much for your time for explanation.
So since single generic word are all taken, would it be safe bet to pick two or three words and try to establish meaningful Domain name ? (I know that is also very tough task), but better than random words or letter .
This is my understanding.
Correct me if you think of anything else.
