Install wordpress and use one of the wordpress themes included or use generatepress theme or any other free theme. It will look a lot better.

OK, well, it would be good to have more than just one page. But until you address the bad design, don't bother. Wordpress is free with free themes. But I prefer GeneratePress (free version). The free version is all you really need for a site like that.

Another thing you should do is get an SSL cert so that your site is https:// not http://. This is mainly to appease google who is supposedly penalizing sites without an SSL cert. SSL certs are free with Let's Encrypt and most good hosting providers allow you to install Let's Encrypt SSL right in the control panel and it renews itself. Installing Let's Encrypt manually can be a pain in the a$$ and you have to renew it every couple of months.

So if your current host does not provide 1-click Let's Encrypt installation with auto renewal, then get a better, more modern hosting account that does. Thre's really no excuse for a host not offering this this day and age.
