Welcome to NamePros. Your domain is likely fail listed by Google. I assume you have a typo above and "Advertiser Block: This domain can be monetized with our Tier 1 advertising provider" is actually "Advertiser Block: This domain cannot be monetized with our Tier 1 advertising provider". Tier 1 is Google. If they fail list it - you can look up the domain's status at Parking Crew (Advanced Search / Blocked or Adult Check) or on Bodis (if you don't have access to either you can PM me with the domain and I'll be glad to check for you). If the domain is fail listed it can only be monetized by Tier 2 providers (Yahoo or other feeds) or Zero Click. I know of no way to have a blocked domain reinstated.

Thanks for your reply. No actually there isn't a typo. I just copy pasted what is written there. This is exactly the copy of what appears

All I wanted to know is that how it can be monetized. Whether, I just have to park it or I have to do some exert steps?

I've never seen "Advertiser Block" appear in conjunction with "can be monetized with Tier 1" in which case your domain is not fail listed which is good news for you. Perhaps others here have seen this type of redundant message and can comment. I don't add domains to Sedo although some monetize there through Above so I can't see this type of message in my Sedo account. If you've added the domain to to your Sedo parking account, completed the parking certification and changed NS then it is parked at Sedo and from the near real time parking reports you should be able to see traffic within a few hours. Note that just because it is being monetized with Tier 1 doesn't mean anything related to what it will earn.
