Is there a tool to find all taken TLDs for a domain name?

I want something like expireddomains.net where you can see number of registered TLDs for a domain name, when you click on it you can see all taken domains.

I don't want availability check I just want number of taken TLDs, plus a list of the registered domains.

I wish you could just click for available names.
If you want to see all available TLDs with the keyword you searched, just click on "see more," then "available."

Like this:
seemore-1.PNG
seemore-2.PNG

dofo is not reliable. I registered a domain over 4 weeks ago and dofo shows "available".

I use uniregistry to search number of extension taken. Not 100% accurate as it doesn't show .ca unless I specify.ca
Its nice clean results with prices. says 26 taken itt/y

Thanks, I will check it out and understand what is the problem there.

There might be some temporary issues with the ccTLD, but we are doing our best to present the most accurate information to our users on dofo.com.

I must say I only recently started using Dofo but it is what we have needed in domaining for a long time! I love one place to search many of the possible places domains are for sale, and to be able to for example narrow to domains that are buy it now at certain price ranges, etc. Fantastic!

However, it must just be me, but I am trying to use Advanced Search with the exact match - e.g. I tried to enter CRISPR as exact match to see what domain names were available in exactly that term. I put it in the exact match, like I would on NameBio, and press search but I get all kinds of names that don't even contain that word. I even tried entering the term in all the boxes, i.e. insisting it must start with, end with, contain and be exact CRISPR, but still no luck.

Can you help tell me what I am doing wrong, @Kemal G ?

Thank you,

Bob

he is correct. your site is not reliable and it shows domains which are avaoilable as taken. I was hoping your site would be reliable when I first tried it.. unfortunately it is not.

you keep asking people to give you domain names but most people are not fond of sharing names on the reg lists which they may want to reg in future... its notthing personal. its just not what people do.

it is up to you, if you consider yourself to be a professional company, to do all the research.. fix all your bugs... and work to solve problems. not keep asking people to give you the names. people are already doing a big favor to you by pointing out where the problem is. now its for you to fix it. it is what companies do.

thanks.

Hello Bob,

I'm glad that Dofo helps you find domain names.

I searched with your keyword and got the right results: https://dofo.com/search/?exact=crispr
When you search with keywords, you need to hit enter button after you wrote the keyword. Then click the search button. This must solve the problem.

Do you think we need to change the way search boxes work?

Thanks.

Thank you for the rapid response! Stupid me :xf.sick:. Yes I was just entering the word and then pressing search, but now I see that I need to press the enter key until it shows as a coloured term. OK got it.

This is so good!

Do you have a blog post or something that you list the sources for the sales data? I don't mean individually, but in general like we have data from Sedo, Afternic, Undeveloped, etc. Sorry if you have already posted this somewhere I missed.

Actually, it's a mistake that many smart people (like you) can do. ;) We may need to change it to avoid such misunderstandings.

We don't have any page that lists our sales data sources with details, but you can see all of them in the marketplace filter.

Thanks for your message.
We are always working hard to make dofo.com better.

We are asking for feedback from our users, investigate the error logs, using dofo.com ourselves to find bugs, etc. All these are for a better dofo.com. So, we have to ask for more details to understand what kind of problems our users are seeing.

I think it's not hard for the users to tell us the problems they see on dofo.com. We believe we only can make dofo.com better with our users, not by only ourselves.

The first version of dofo.com was not as good as the current version. By applying our users' suggestion we made dofo.com better.

So, please keep sharing your feedback.

Thanks a lot, Bob for your kind words. :xf.smile:

You're absolutely right about the search, it's a UX problem. We will solve it in a few days.

And this is the list of marketplaces on dofo.com:
  1. Afternic
  2. Sedo
  3. Uniregistry Market
  4. Undeveloped
  5. Godaddy
  6. Flippa
  7. AlanAdlari
  8. Namejet
  9. Snapnames
  10. Dropcatch
  11. Park.io
  12. Epik
  13. Dynadot
  14. Name.com
  15. Namesilo
  16. Namecheap
You can filter by the marketplace, for example, all domain names for sale on Sedo: https://dofo.com/search/?marketplace=10

(Please note that lots of domain names are for sale on multiple marketplaces at the same time.)
