How to list domain for auction at NameJet?

Spaceship Spaceship
Watch
I joined Namejet and became verified bidder mainly to be able to list my domains at their auctions.

But I dont know how to do that, I found a section for exclusive auctions I sent 15 domains, but got no response from Namejet, I tried sending different domains but also no reply.

I contacted Namejet support to ask them about if I need to be accepted only once to be able to list in auctions or if domains should be approved everytime I want to list them, but also their customer support didnt reply to me! it seems they are just too busy in expired auctions and they do not care about users auctions.

The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.
I am also curious, however I think our answer will be - expect loooonnnnggggg delays.

ugh , anyone know of a comparable competitor . not flippa.

Thanks.

They will respond absolutely but i do not know if you used the correct link or no !!
In my opinion they are ridiculous sometimes accepted a stupid domains and denied your domains which are better than they have accepted. i think they are focusing on their customers

Here is my guide:
1. Become verified bidder (you did that)
2. Contact Namejet Business Services [email protected] and mention, that you want to submit your domains.
3. They'll response to you (for about 3-5 business days or even more) with standard XLS worksheet template.
4. You have to fill it with your domains and send back to the mentioned email.
5. If your worksheet is OK, than they'll send you scheduled domain auctions file.

Namejet sucks, they are worki like they are still in 19th century. That why many domainers not using them.

Do you have a suggestion of where to market low price auctions when liquidating mid grade domains ? Leaving opinions of domains quality out of the context if possible. Just platforms.

Outside of flippa and here at bottom barrel land.

Thank you in advance

Do you mean the domains should be arranged in excel sheet?
I have contacted them several times with no response with the above email address.

Exactly. They have fired their employee, who was responsible for work with domain sellers. Therefore their response so slow.

It seems they don't respond at all to emails, do you know anyone from Namejet to mention him in this thread?

Ive been a seller on there for around 1.5 years now, however this month has been dreadful. I submitted my latest spreadsheet to business services and to JT (Jon) last week and i still have not had a response from either.

How did yours go? Did you sell elsewhere?

ya sorry, my last post was not informative or helpful. i get zero response from them, I see more issues from others, and just give up, I am currently slamming squad help contests as a side project.

yeah, took them a few days longer than usual but were eventually listed

I am waiting for 2 weeks for my domains to be scheduled, I sent them an email twice but no response.

How long you need to wait after you send the excel sheet?!

Also another question should I remove the domains I sent to NJ from other marketplaces before they schedule them? Or I can simply tell them to remove some domains if they are sold during the waiting period.
I asked them this question but they didn't respond too! they have the worst support.

Sorry for the slow reply guys, i been busy the last couple of weeks

It was about an extra week for me but was just due to the namescon auction, i did another submission about a week ago and they were listed in about 3 days, which is pretty normal for me. Apart from when Laurie worked there i had my names listed the same day.

In regards to other marketplaces i don't remove mine until after the domains have been listed on namejet
