Seller posted BIN $9 price, I claimed BIN / sold right after the seller posted BIN $9.
I even sent DM to seller immediately for his paypal account, Seller didn't reply for several hours.
Who has the domain, bidder who was below BIN or who accepted BIN.
It looks seller is confused.
Please help resolve the case.

This bid started the auction and the 72 hours at 11:45am CT Feb 5th

72 hours from that bid would be: 11:45am CT Feb 8th
