Hello Hana

Do you want support with creative writing?

One of my specialty areas is unusual and creative domain names.

Some examples are
PlantsofPromise.com
czechcanna.com

farmcrophemp.com

You did it to yourself. You should have just gone with the domain name sales pitch. :-P

true I avoid putting .com in subject line thinking it might go to spam folder and use teaser to encourage recipient to open and read

Yes you did say—- do you want support with creative writing. The email is too vague and too bait and switch. Nobody wants to be “tricked” either.

Next time be straightforward with what you are offering. Not being read is always a possibility with non solicited emails selling something.

Yes looks like the emails I receive everyday, goes to junk folder or deleted in .03 seconds :)

That is the most confusing domain solicitation I have ever read. I would have thought you were some spam bot and blocked your email.

Hi

As I can see it is clearly mentioned that you are having some experience in writing (assuming articles)

And I think the site owner is assumed the same and wanted to know more for possible guest post as a author...

In my opinion it will be nice to clarify in next email that you are letting them know about available domain names related to their line of work and because of your choice of words they mistaken for writing...

Subject Line unique asset- plantsofpromise.com

I produce inviting and influential domain names.

For example, I have plantsofpromise.com, a distinctive name asset for your company.

The domain name plantsofpromise.com is available for sale

any better?

Subject Line: plantsofpromise.com

I own the domain name plantsofpromise.com and it is sale. Please let me know if you are interested.

That would be it for me. But honestly, plantsofpromise.com is not a name I believe is worth outbound unless there is someone branding with the phrase "Plants of Promise". Offering it to random companies in the plant or marijuana industry will just get your email spam listed unless you are offering some a business matching domain upgrade or category defining generic phrase or words.

No one is going to just fall in love with that domain and want to pay for it because someone emailed them offering it.

I agree with @indiegrind

The name is more suits to a blog / organisation...it is not directly reflecting product...so that will be very difficult for selling..

I will say whatever the result...first try to clarify about your previous email and mention your purpose in short

Scott, it would be wise to check your punctuation and grammar before sending your emails - that will give you more credibility. Your samples above are missing capital letters, commas, etc.

If I received such email then I would have assumed it is about writing. I suggest you try to be upfront and write clear and concise email , clearly stating what you are selling.

Well the issue is what you put in your email as this was not clear that you are selling a domain...

Hi,

A well-devised lesson by namepros members for those who want to try outbound marketing, I am about to start it for my domains as well.

Guys can you suggest the more appealing and to-the-point email body.

Stay Blessed!

In addition, There’s no need to be so verbose. Words like “inviting and influential” & “distinctive name asset” sounds too spammy.

Most high level business people just want you to get to the point.. and quickly.

Subject line for me is usually the domain keywords without the extension.... Ex.. Domain Name

Email is short. Similar to @indiegrind

I always use subject:

Domain XXXXXXX.com for sale

Your email isn’t clear, I was confused reading your post.
