Seriously though .. unfortunately it really is beyond the scope of this section to teach anyone everything you need to know about buying/selling domains. This entire forum is full of great already existing content from you to learn from. Definitely start taking a few days/weeks to read and learn as much as you can. If at any point you have specific questions you can't find within the forums then definitely do start a thread in the appropriate section and you'll find a ton of members sure to help you.
Beyond the forum there are lots of blogs and podcasts you can learn from as well. Most importantly, domaining is not a get rich quick business. You'll need to invest some money .. but more importantly time .. to learn everything you need to learn. On top of that, most veteran domainers many years in will tell you they are still learning.
The main things to remember when you start .. go slow and stick to your budget .. and learn learn learn.
Look at the sections of the forum for newcomers .. then also look at the appraisals section and most importantly the section that reports sales.
Also feel free to tell us more about yourself, where you're from, and what got you interested in domains?
