I just got off the call , they were saying i am using that link to add names to cart and make a purchase that's why failing , there was no issue on my account or lock

Above comment from sales support, billing support wil be available after 45 mins only i.e 8AM in US time let's see what they were saying

Make internal account with the different user than try again.
NS have option of Sub account.

Yes they said me currently we are not offering $1 promo but after call end i reg 5 in $5

Somebody can please confirm that Afternic - Netsol Fast Transfer is working, even if the name is under 60 days lock? I don't wanna risk my Afternic account.

It only works after 60 days you can't do a fast transfer before 60 days...
