Hello from a Poor Domainer,

I ordered one .homes domain & @Dynadot people deducted the $ from my paypal account for the name. But later today when I checked the domain name no longer available in my account. Its vanished & I got my $ returned in Dynadot account instead of Paypal.

I had chat with chat person. He is like a apologize guy, instead of telling me the truth he just writing I highly apologize, i am sorry etc.

Beawre;- Avoid Dynadot, they are thief they are holding my money as a hostage.

I use Dynadot many years for my domains, and i am totally satisfied. By the way, did i read right? .homes, omg what is that? A new kind of extension? Hahaha! So entertaining (if you don't buy of course)

Wait for the drop in one year from now (if you're still interested in the domain).

I wanted that name for this year. I am the first who ordered that name, it was @Dynadot system who failed to register the name & some magic happened in between, the domain got reg by another user (The chat agent told me that Dynadot has a policy "First Come, First Served") Lol.

Anyway, Take this off as I got my money refunded at my PayPal account.

If it's any comfort, that's not even a good domain, at all. Maybe not quite as bad as Cannapoop, but close. Lots of noobs are wasting money on pure crap just because it contains a certain keyword. I'd suggest you do more research to help avoid registering nonsensical names.

This not the case, the register itself (agent) told me that the name was available & even I saw that name in my account before the log out. Its not in my account after 2 to 3 hours I relogged to change the NS.

The name is question is Canna.Homes

This is very unlikely, especially with a big registrar like Dynadot. I used them for years without any issues.

@gilescoley

It's blah a blah a, premium drimum register, 200 years old etc.

Oh man, when I ordered it was the register system who didn't register the name for me despite I was the first who odered it (That chat agent accepted it) that I was the first who ordered but as a system failed to get that name for me & another Dynadot user trying to register that same name in between the "sick" dynadot system & my payment the domain gone from my hand.

It is indeed strange that a domain like canna.homes was registered twice at the same time. Even cannabis.homes is nonsense..
Maybe you got it as a suggestion after you typed canna.com.
Maybe the other user got it that way.
Maybe he added to cart first and it works that way.
Maybe you bought first but there was a system error.
Maybe he stole something.
Frankly we'll never know.
That domain was deep gamble. The new owner lost $10.

This is a long discussion for something that will not be registered this time next year.

Here are the whois data of this domain. You can match the time stamp of your order and the domain creation time to understand if it's really was unavailable at the time of placing the order.
The probable owner can be found here: https_// undeveloped _ com/domain-seller/find-domains-for-sale-online

(Don't have enough permission to post links)
Based on the URL of the "probable owner" listed above, I'd say that Dynadot snagged the domain name, knowing you wanted it, so they could "resell" it t a significant markup. GoDaddy has been known to do that too..

Sounds very shifty.
